Refund Policy

1. Overview

Ceylosoft Technologies Private Limited aims to provide high-quality services and products. This Refund Policy explains your rights and our obligations regarding refunds across our different service and product categories.

2. Software Development & Custom Projects

For custom software development and project-based services:

  • Deposits paid for project initiation are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • If we fail to deliver an agreed milestone, the amount for that milestone may be refunded or credited.
  • Project cancellations by the client after work has started will be charged for work completed to date.
  • Disputes are handled through a review process outlined in the project agreement.

3. SaaS Subscriptions

For SaaS product subscriptions:

  • Monthly subscriptions cancelled within 7 days of the billing date may be eligible for a refund for unused time.
  • Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days from the subscription start date.
  • Refunds are not provided for temporary service interruptions within acceptable SLA limits.
  • If our platform is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our fault, a pro-rated credit will be applied.

4. IT Services and Managed Services

For IT services and managed service contracts:

  • One-time services (e.g., network setup, server installation) are non-refundable once completed.
  • If service quality does not meet agreed standards, we will rectify the issue at no additional cost.
  • Annual maintenance contracts (AMC) are non-refundable after the first 30 days.
  • Unused support hours under monthly packages may be rolled over as credits, not refunded.

5. Products (Hardware & Physical Goods)

For physical product purchases:

  • Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered.
  • Returns are only accepted if the product is in its original packaging with all accessories intact.
  • Used or opened products cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Shipping costs for returns due to defects are covered by us. Other return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Refunds for approved returns are processed within 7–14 business days.

6. Rental Equipment

For equipment rental:

  • Rental deposits are refundable upon return of equipment in the same condition as received.
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental start date receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the rental start date forfeit the deposit.
  • Damage to rented equipment will be deducted from the deposit, with additional charges if costs exceed the deposit.

7. Digital Marketing Services

For digital marketing service payments:

  • Monthly retainer fees paid in advance are non-refundable for work already in progress.
  • Ad spend paid to third-party platforms (Google, Meta) is non-refundable as these are passed through directly.
  • If we fail to start a contracted campaign within the agreed timeframe, fees for that period may be refunded.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at noormohommaduakeel@gmail.com with your order or project reference number.
  2. Describe the issue clearly and include any supporting documentation.
  3. Our team will review and respond within 3 business days.
  4. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
